Terms of service

What you get
A website built for your business, hosted by us, for $20 per month. That covers hosting, one domain name registered and renewed while your subscription is active, and content changes you ask us for.
Billing
Billed monthly to the card on file through Stripe. The first month is never discounted, because that payment covers registering your domain name. Cancel any month and billing stops at the end of it. No refunds for a month already started.
Your domain name
If you cancel and want to keep your domain name, we transfer it to you at no charge. Ask and it is yours. If you do not want it, it simply expires. If you brought your own domain, it was always yours and we never take control of it.
Your content and photos
Your business name, your text, and your photos stay yours. When you sign up you confirm the photos you give us are yours to use, and you allow us to put them on your website. We use nothing else.
If you stop paying
We retry the card and let you know. Your site stays up while we sort it out. After 30 days unpaid, the site is replaced with a simple page that still shows your name, address, phone, and hours, so your customers can still reach you. Pay and it comes straight back.
What we do not do
We do not build online stores, booking systems, logins, or anything that needs a database behind it. If you need that, we will tell you honestly instead of selling you something that does not fit.
