You look at it
We stop by with a printed link to your site. Scan it at the counter, or keep the sheet and look at it tonight.

You say yes
Card on file, $20 a month. We register your domain that day, or point the one you already own at your new site.

It goes live
Same day for a domain we register. If you own yours already, it goes live once your DNS updates, usually within a few hours.

Who owns the domain?
You do. If you leave, we transfer it to you at no charge. That is written into the terms.
Will this break my email?
No. We set the one record that points your website and nothing else. We never move your nameservers and never touch your MX records, so your email keeps working.
I already have a website.
Then put them side by side. If ours is not better for your customers, do not buy it.
Can I cancel?
Any month. Your site comes down, we keep the build, and you can switch it back on later without paying to have it rebuilt.
What if I need a change?
Email support@ctsitelab.com and we make it. An editing assistant is coming to your account later, and it is included when it lands.
